Delete your account

Two ways to do this. Both remove the same thing.

If you still have the app

This is the quicker route and it happens immediately. Open Paws & Beans, go to Settings, and use Delete my account at the top. You'll be asked to confirm, because there is no undo.

If you've already uninstalled it

Enter the email address on the account and we'll delete it for you. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and the sign-in identifier from Google or Apple.
Any progress saved against it — sessions, streaks, beans and unlocks.
Your email address, and any contact messages you've sent us.

What doesn't

The copy on your own phone. Deleting the account removes what we hold, not the app's local save. Uninstalling the app clears that.
Your purchase. Anything you bought belongs to your Google Play or Apple account, not to us, and we can't remove or refund it — that's done through the store.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Requests made here are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
